'Music with Mummy' is a structured programme of pre-school music education which has been running since 1992. It takes the form of a series of weekly sessions designed specifically for children between the ages of 1 and 3. Sessions last for 30 minutes and are limited to 8 children per group (each child to be accompanied by an adult).

  2. To encourage listening skills not only in music but in all other areas of learning.
  3. To develop a sense of rhythm through movement, games and the use of simple instruments.
  4. To provide early training in singing.
  5. To introduce some basic concepts such as "stop" and "start", "loud and "soft", "up " and "down" etc.
